Is it necessary to schedule an appointment for an estimate?
No, it is not necessary to have an appointment for an estimate. If your vehicle is in a drivable condition you can stop by any time we are open. Our shop hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday and Saturdays 8 AM to 11:30 PM from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
If your vehicle is not in a drivable condition we can arrange for it to be towed to our shop. We will then write your estimate after the vehicle arrives of wait for the appropriate insurance company to write the estimate. (Add link to contact page for map of location and address)
If your vehicle is not in a drivable condition we can arrange for it to be brought to our shop.
How many estimates are required by my insurance company?
It is not necessary to get more than one estimate to turn in to your insurance company.
How much does it cost for an estimate?
All estimates are free of charge.
How long can I expect to wait for an estimate?
Typically, a damage assessment and estimate will not take more than 15 – 30 minutes.
How can I get home if I don’t have a ride or plan to rent a vehicle?
Our shop offers free rides to our customer’s home or work if it is within a reasonable distance and we have someone available to help. Please be sure to let us know ahead of time so we can plan to accommodate you.
What if I need a Rental Car?
We can arrange for you rental vehicle at one of the three car rental companies while your vehicle is being repaired: Don Joseph Toyota Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Hertz Rent-A-Car.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and MaterCard, Visa, and Discover Card
Do I have to take my car to their repair facility?
You have the right to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice. If you desire to take it to their facility you may or you can just bring your vehicle to Sabetti Auto Body and the insurance company will send an adjustor to our shop to write the estimate.
What insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all insurance companies. Even if an insurance company has an affiliated body shop, you can get the estimate from them and bring the vehicle to the shop of your choice. We work directly with the insurance company involved to make the claims process go as smooth as possible.
Do I have to pay my deductible?
Yes, a deductible is the amount of the repair that the insured customer agreed to pay based on the contract with your insurance company. If you happen to be the vehicle that was involved in the accident that was not at fault, your repairs should be covered under their policy and no deductible is required from you or the insured party.
How soon will you it take for you to begin repairs on my car?
Ideally the repairs will begin on the vehicle once we have received authorization by you and/or the insurance company after the estimate is reviewed and we have received all the necessary parts.
Do you use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts in your repairs?
We prefer to use OEM parts when repairing vehicle, which are used whenever possible. However, most insurance companies have policies that may require us to repair with used parts or aftermarket parts. If we have to use recycled parts they will be thoroughly inspected and returned if they are not acceptable quality.
If there is frame damage on my vehicle is it still able to be repaired?
If the has frame damage we have the experienced technicians and specific equipment required to straighten the vehicle’s frame and return the vehicle back within specifications.
Will the new paint match my existing paint?

Does Sabetti Auto Body offer a warranty on the repair of my vehicle?
Yes, the repairs we make to your vehicle are covered as long as you own your vehicle. Sabetti Autobody has over a 40 year record of satisfying our customers with the highest quality repairs here at the same location in Kent, Ohio. We stand behind our work and will make sure that you leave our shop satisfied at the completion of your vehicle’s repair.
How long do I have to wait before I can wash my vehicle?
Your car may be washed within a few days using a mild car soap and a gentle sponge or cloth.
How long should I wait before waxing my car?
It is recommended to wait approximately 90 days for the paint to completely cure before you wax your vehicle after it is refinished.
