Do I have to take my car to their repair facility?
You have the right to take your vehicle to the shop of your choice. If you desire to take it to their facility you may or you can just bring your vehicle to Sabetti Auto Body and the insurance company will send an adjustor to our shop to write the estimate.

What insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all insurance companies. Even if an insurance company has an affiliated body shop, you can get the estimate from them and bring the vehicle to the shop of your choice. We work directly with the insurance company involved to make the claims process go as smooth as possible.

Do I have to pay my deductible?
Yes, a deductible is the amount of the repair that the insured customer agreed to pay based on the contract with your insurance company. If you happen to be the vehicle that was involved in the accident that was not at fault, your repairs should be covered under their policy and no deductible is required from you or the insured party.
